Delete inside the app
Open Arabic Bridge and go to Profile or Settings → Account → Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps where this option is available.
Request deletion by email
Email arabicbridge@andaandi.com from the address connected to the account. Use the subject:
Arabic Bridge Account Deletion Request
Include the account email and any profile identifier shown in the app. We may request limited information to verify account ownership.
What will be deleted
Account details, saved learning progress, profile preferences and other personal data linked to the account will be deleted or anonymised, except records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security or financial obligations.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a different period is required or permitted by law.
