Arabic Bridge Academy Instructor Agreement
This agreement supplements the Marketplace Terms for approved instructors. It is a Preview draft requiring legal approval before Production launch.
Eligibility and identity
Instructors must provide accurate identity, qualifications and professional information, complete required verification and keep their managed authentication account secure.
Content ownership
An instructor must own or hold sufficient licences for every video, audio file, document, image, question and other course element. Third-party material must be lawful, properly attributed where required and consistent with the Content Policy.
Course quality
Courses must have accurate titles, descriptions, outcomes, level, language, audience, previews and assessments. Instructors must correct material errors and respond reasonably to learner questions and moderation requests.
Internal media
All course video, audio and documents must be uploaded through Arabic Bridge Instructor Studio. External lesson-media links are not accepted. Arabic Bridge may impose file-size and storage limits to control operating costs.
Review and publication
Arabic Bridge may approve, request changes, reject, unpublish or remove a course for quality, safety, legal, technical or marketplace reasons. Publication is not guaranteed. An approved instructor may publish a course for free or set a positive price, subject to review.
Pricing and promotions
A price of zero means the course is free. A positive price means the course is paid. Instructors propose course prices, while Arabic Bridge may set supported currencies, maximum prices and promotional rules. Any promotion affecting paid-course instructor net earnings must be disclosed before it applies.
Fees and earnings
Arabic Bridge charges no marketplace commission on free courses. For paid courses, Arabic Bridge deducts a fixed marketplace commission equal to 5% of the listed course price. The learner is not charged an additional Arabic Bridge fee above the displayed price. Payment-provider fees, refunds, chargebacks and applicable taxes may also reduce paid-course instructor net earnings.
Payouts
Payouts apply only to paid-course earnings and are processed only to a provider-verified instructor payout account after identity/KYC checks, applicable refund/dispute holding periods and minimum payout thresholds. Raw bank, card or Mobile Money credentials must never be sent through course forms, email or GitHub.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds and payment disputes may reduce pending or future paid-course earnings. Fraud, manipulation, self-purchases or misleading sales activity may lead to withholding and investigation.
Learner information
Instructors may use learner information only to deliver and support the course through approved Academy features. Exporting, selling, advertising to or otherwise misusing learner data is prohibited.
Termination
Either party may end the instructor relationship, subject to completing legitimate learner access, refunds, disputes and earned payouts. Serious safety, fraud or legal violations may cause immediate suspension.
